Billing | Delivery of Images
The prices for photography sessions and products follow Fotomimmies price list unless otherwise agreed.
Before the photo shoot, we invoice the photo shoot fee as a booking fee to confirm the reservation. The booking fee does not apply to CV photos, passport, or ID card photos. If the client cancels the photo shoot, the booking fee is non-refundable. If necessary, the photo shoot can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
The invoice payment term is 14 days. Photo shoots are generally invoiced in two parts – the booking fee and the final invoice. By mutual agreement, the invoice can also be divided into multiple installments if necessary.
Approximately two weeks after the photo shoot, the client will receive an email link to view the images in a password-protected selection gallery. The image selection must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the gallery. More detailed instructions on using the gallery will be included in the email. The images in the selection gallery have a watermark, which will be removed from the final images upon download.
Once the client has selected their desired images, the photographer will send an invoice.
The selected final images will be delivered as a downloadable link with a PIN code no later than the next business day after the payment has been received. The client is responsible for backing up the images. The image gallery remains available for one (1) month from the date the download link is received.
If the client makes any changes or additions to the agreed assignment that result in additional costs or extra work for the photographer, the client must pay for these according to the photographer's standard rates in addition to the agreed assignment.
Cancellation of Sessions
The photographer may cancel the photo shoot only in the case of an insurmountable obstacle. In such cases, a new photo shoot will be scheduled immediately after the obstacle is removed, or if possible, one of the photographers may conduct the photo shooting alone.
The photographer and the client may also mutually agree to reschedule the photo shoot to another time.
Copyrights
The photographer retains the rights to the images in accordance with copyright law. The copyright holder has the exclusive right to determine the publication of the images. The photographer may use the images for their own marketing and portfolio purposes. However, if the images are portrait photographs, the photographer will never publish or use them commercially without the permission of the person in the portrait or their guardian. The use of images is agreed upon in this photography contract.
The client is free to print photographs and other image products for personal use with any service provider of their choice. The client has the right to publish images on their own social media or personal websites. Any other publishing use (such as marketing and advertising) must be separately agreed upon with the photographer.
The client may not remove metadata from the images or alter the images in any way (e.g., cropping, filters, etc.).
When publishing images, the photographer's name, Fotomimmit, should be mentioned where possible, or @fotomimmit should be tagged on social media (e.g., Facebook and Instagram).
Fotomimmit is committed to respecting the client's privacy and exercising discretion in the public use of images.
